Project Overview

The former Grange Hotel has been a part of the regeneration of the Rhyl’s East Parade. Anwyls Partnership have successfully transformed the Hotel into over 40 new apartments for the over 55’s.

Palisade Railings

As part of the regeneration working the Anwyls Partnership we fabricate and installed over 80m meters of Balustrading with perforated panels and handrails. Panels were made from 3mm thick Aluminum sheets and powder coated ensuring a long and durable lifespan. The modern design of the Balustrading along with the handrails provide a safe and style at he same time.

Sliding Gates, Pedestrian Gates and Railings

Ensuring the safety and security of all residents at The Grange we fabricated and installed two, five meter automated sliding gates and pedestrian gates. Matching ball top railings follow the perimeter of the site.

Internal Balustrading and Handrails

As well as external works at The Grange we also fabricate and installed balustrading and handrails up/down eight flights of stairs within the development.
